Groups and Individuals

Groups

We welcome many groups and their Group Leaders on our courses in the Spring and Summer. Groups come from all over the world and we work closely with our partners to ensure they have everything they need to successfully promote our programmes and enroll their students.

How we support our partners
  • Agree student allocations in one or more of our centres well in advance of the summer
  • Support to help promote our programmes, such as sample programmes, and marketing material (photos, logos etc.)
  • A dedicated and experienced Head Office team to answer questions, help with enrolments, provide visa letters etc.
  • We provide a free Group Leader place for groups of 5+ students.
  • 24 hour number for any emergencies throughout the duration of the programmes

Individuals

We welcome individual students (those who come without a group leader) and are keen to provide them with all the support they need to have a great experience. The minimum age is 14 years old.

Individual students have wonderful opportunities when they travel to the UK and join one of our spring or summer programmes to:

  • develop greater independence
  • grow in self confidence
  • improve their English
  • make new international friends
  • learn more about Great Britain
The Enrolment Process

Once you contact us, we can advise on the most relevant centre and programme, availability, and whether the best option is homestay or residential accommodation. We can also advise on travel, visa applications, and answer any other queries you may have.

We will provide an enrolment form that asks for various information prior to the student’s arrival, such as parental consent and next of kin information. We will also provide a centre guide explaining what to expect on a course, a sample programme, and what to bring.

Individual Student Welfare

Individual students have a designated member of staff who ensures their welfare during the programme, and helps them with any issues that arise. This person will also help organise any optional excursions they may wish to go on.

Centres for Individuals

The following centres are available to individual students:

  • Ardingly
  • Bath (Bath Spa)
  • Eastbourne

What people say about us

Chiara Castellani (Group Leader) Italy
“I’ve been participating in Elac courses, bringing groups of students, for a few years now. I think their reliability emerges in different ways: the courses and activities are well organized, with a captivating approach for teenagers. In my opinion, the most important thing is how they deal with problems: they are like a well-oiled machine and tackle any issue quickly and with a constructive approach.”
