Airport Transfers

For Groups

For groups, we include private coach transfers to and from arrival airports and the course centre on both arrival and departure days (some airports incur additional supplements) as part of the group fee. You may be on the coach by yourselves, or share the coach with another group going to the same Elac centre. Your group may be required to wait up to 2 hours from the flight arrival time to the departure of their transfer to the centre. However, this is often less.

For Individuals

For individual students, airport transfers are charged separately. There are three options for you to consider:

• Private Transfer: a private taxi is booked for you to travel to/from the airport & centre.
• Shared Transfer: you will share a taxi or coach with other individual students and/or a group to/from the airport and centre. You may have to wait at the airport with our Activity Leader for up to 2 hours before your transfer leaves on arrival day. This option is available for flight arrivals after 8:00 and flight departures before 20:00. If you flight arrives or departs outside these times then please send a request to our Head Office to see if we can offer the shared transfer option.
• You organise your own transfers to/from the airport and your centre.

If a student has paid for the unaccompanied minor service (UM) at the airport, they will need to take a private transfer as this involves having a member of staff, or named person. There is a £50.00 supplement for collecting or taking a student to/from an airport if they have this service.
