Homestay

For students who are 13+ years of age, staying with a local host can be a great way to experience British culture. Depending on their level of confidence, students may choose to share with a friend from their group, or else they might get placed individually or with a student of a different nationality. Typically 2–4 students will share in a host family with 2 students per room. Students will have breakfast and evening meals with their host, and also spend some time with them on certain evenings and the weekend. On some of our courses a number of dinners are taken on-site at the centre. Homestay providers vary in terms of the family members, some have children and pets, and others may live alone, but all will offer a warm welcome and a home from home.
