Terms and Conditions

  1. The registration fee and course deposit must be sent immediately after you send your enrolment
  2. Full course and accommodation fees must be received by Elac at least 2 weeks before your date of arrival
  3. If you enrol late, you may pay in cash or sterling travellers cheques on arrival
  4. Cancellation:
    1. If you cancel your course you must inform Elac immediately by email, fax or letter
    2. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your course starts we will refund all monies paid less your registration fee and any bank charges
    3. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your course starts, we will refund all monies paid less your registration fee, course deposit and any bank charges
    4. If you have started your course and have to leave before it ends, refunds are at the discretion of the Principal and only in special cases such as accident, serious illness, or bereavement

Thank you for your messages of continued support as we all try to manage, adapt and move forward at this time.

For those students who are not able to travel to the UK we are rolling out a summer school experience online which will encompass many of the English Language learning opportunities as our Summer courses, but without having to leave home! Click here for more details.
